At monthly networking meetings, industry experts present pertinent information to keep you on the 'cutting edge' of the local commercial real estate market. Commercial Society members expand their business network by having the opportunity to make new contacts, develop mutually beneficial relationships and market properties effectively. Professional Development
Throughout the year, SOCR assists members by offering continuing education and designation courses specifically geared towards the commercial real estate specialists. Classes range from basic intro classes to advanced studies including CCIM(Certified Commercial Investment Member) courses which are held on an ongoing basis. Twice per year, the Society also assists beginners to the commercial field by offering a 'Build a Commercial Career' series of classes.

Affiliate Membership
The Society of COMMERCIAL REALTORS® of Greater Fort Lauderdale works closely with allied organizations and businesses. Affiliates are encouraged to sponsor programs and seminars. They can be speakers at such events where their businesses are recognized and promotional materials can be distributed.
