Mission Statement
The Society of COMMERCIAL REALTORS® of Greater Fort Lauderdale (SOCR) provides specialty services, quality education and valuable networking opportunities solely for the benefit of the commercial practitioner.

SOCR was established in 1993 by a group of visionary commercial practitioners who recognized the need for specialized services. Membership with the Commercial Society is exclusive to real estate professionals who spend over 50% of their real estate activity on commercial real estate, thereby ensuring that our entire membership is geared toward the same goals and objectives.

We continue to lobby governmental issues specific to our industry and strive to raise and maintain the image of our members within the community. Our primary objective is to increase the earning potential of our members while offering continuous support at a local, state and national level.
