Membership Dues are effective October 1st thru the end of September of the following year and are pro-rated monthly. Dues are non-refundable. Please call the Society office at 954-567-5029 for dues schedule.

If joining as an Affiliate Member, please see application form for dues schedule. Affiliate membership can only be offered to individuals not engaged in the brokerage of real estate and therefore do not receive sales or leasing commissions.
