Office Market Outlook Optimistic, Says NAR
With jobs still being created, the demand for office space remains positive and is helping to absorb the more than 30 million square feet of new space becoming available in the current quarter, according to the latest Commercial Real Estate Outlook of the National Association of Realtors®.
